Abstract

The thesis is focused to Improving the Quality of Employee Education and Development System in a Chosen Organizationin. Chosen organization is one of the biggest IT distributors in Czech Republic. In this work called fictionaly IT data. This work contains theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on a proces of education and development of the employee based on a expert literature. It´s also focused on a difrent methods of educating and development of the emloyee. In practical part of this work was analysed system of educating and development of the emloyee in the organization IT data. The survey research was made to find quality level of current system of education and development of the employee. In the end was made recommendation to improve the current proces based on the survey research, interviews with responsible employee and observations.
