Hodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti podniku prostřednictvím moderních metod finanční analýzy

Abstract

This thesis deals with theory and practice of financial analysis of company, based on modern methods. The theoretical part contains definitions of particular methods, expecially traditional financial analysis, economic value added - EVA, predictive models, benchmarking study based on the comparisons between companies and scoring method. Analyses contains implementations of various methods with focus on the Tatra, a.s. The important part is the comparisons between copanies based on financial ratios, "spread" model of EVA and scoring methods. The aim is to evaluate the economic performance from 2007 to 2010 and identify the key factors causing the current crisis of company. In the last chapter there can be found suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
