Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the use of tools and methods of quality management in business practice in the Czech Republic. The result of the analysis is an evaluation of the current level of use of quality management tools and methods, the identification of barriers related to the practical application of methods and tools in practice, the proposal of recommendations for mitigating these barriers, as well as a comparison of the current level of use of these methods and tools with the level of their use in 2004.
