Modelování a analýza modelů kardiovaskulárního a respiračního systému

Abstract

This Bachelor Thesis deals with the modeling of the cardiovascular system (regulated baroreceptor loop) using several parameters of respiratory system. It describes the principle functions of the cardiovascular system under an ergometric workload, a mathematical model and its implementation in Matlab - Simulink. It also deals with a description of the reaction of the system to a step change in oxygen concentration in arterial systemic blood and linear increase of the workload.
