Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with questions of impact of the wind power plants on the ecosystems in particular in the Czech Republic. On the base search output there are referenced both positive properties of use of wind energy and negative phenomenon associated with problems of building and operation of typical tower shell constructions too. One of the negative impacts is a vibration impact. A vibration impact can threaten ecosystems round about a wind power plant. That was investigated by experimental tests. The experimental seismic measurement on real locality shows that impact of the mechanical vibrations, which are owing to the running of standard wind 2MW- power plant, is damped to level of natural seismic noise on distance less 100m. Due to this fact we cannot assume the significant impact on ecosystem in this way.
