Aplikace strategické analýzy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem této diplomové práce s názvem „Aplikace strategické analýzy ve vybrané společnosti“ je vypracování strategické analýzy pro podnik ComDis s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány jednotlivé metody a analýzy, především analýza PESTLE, analýza konkurence, zákazníku a dodavatelů. Předmětem praktické části je určit příležitosti a hrozby působící na podnik a jeho silné a slabé stránky. V další částí práce jsou rady a doporučení, které mohou přispět k rozvoji podniku.

Purpose of the thesis called „Application of the Strategic Analysis in a Selected Company“ is creation of a strategic management for the company ComDis s.r.o. At the teoretical part are descibed individual methods and analysis, especially PESTLE analysis and competitors, customers and suppliers analysis. The subject of the practical part is to identify opportunities and threats affecting an organization and it ´s strengths and weaknesses. In the next part of the work are advices and recommendations that can help to the development of the company.
