Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with inventory analysis in a manufacturing cooperative. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts are defined, the selected methods and the characteristics of the company are presented. The practical part is focused on inventory analysis. In this analysis, the development of the structure and rate of movement indicators of stocks over three years were evaluated and an ABC inventory analysis was carried out by consumption and average inventory. On the basis of the analyses carried out, problem items were identified, recommendations were formulated and appropriate areas for further analysis and improvement was indicated.
