Hodnocení zbytkového austenitu v cementačních vrstvách metodami obrazové analýzy

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním metod hodnocení podílu zbytkového austenitu v cementační vrstvě. Mezi metody hodnocení podílu zbytkového austenitu patří metoda obrazové analýzy a RTG difrakční analýza. V teoretické části jsou nejprve popsány principy tepelného zpracování oceli, cementování a martenzitická přeměna, a poté samotné metody obrazové analýzy a RTG difrakční analýzy. V experimentální části je popsán postup přípravy vzorků po cementování a tepelném zpracování následovaný vyhodnocením a získáním výsledků podílu zbytkového austenitu metodami obrazové analýzy a RTG difrakční analýzy. V této bakalářské práci byl kladen důraz na přípravu metalografických výbrusů a metody vyhodnocení.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of evaluation methods of retained austenite volume fraction in carburized layer. Methods for the evaluation of the retained austenite volume fraction include the method of image analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. In the theoretical part are first described the principles of heat treatment of steel, carburizing and martensitic transformation and subsequently the methods of image analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The experimental part describes the process of sample preparation after carburizing and heat treatment, followed by evaluation and obtaining of results of retained austenite fraction by methods of image analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. In this bachelor thesis, the emphasis was put on the preparation of samples and the methods of evaluation.
