Abstract

The object ive of my Bachelor work is designing of house for living. Chosen lot hiding many difficulties and challenges. The building site is located in neighbourhood with historical city centre of Čáslav town. This place was founded as nonfinished part of adjacent building. Territorial plan reccomends this lot for multistoried building with civic amenities. As this is the basic requirement, the name of bachelor work „Polyfunctional house Masarykova“ ,comes from that. Bachelor w ork has 266 pages indluding all the parts.
