Identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

The main target of this thesis was to create strategic analysis to identify the opportunities and threats of semi-budgetary organization working in the area of supplying free-time activities and running sport and recreational facilities. Within the PESTLE analysis, factors were defined influencing the organization of outside surroundings. For the elaboration of right proposals was necessary to specify strengths and weaknesses based on internal analyzes of corporal factors and their comparisons with competitors. Based on made analysis the recommendations and proposals were created which should lead to removal of found shortcomings and seizing the opportunities.
