Abstract
The bachelor’s thesis is focused on issues of running CCTV systems in blocks of flats. The first part of the thesis deals with the technical standards, their requirements on CCTV systems and issues of privacy. The second part describes possibilities of CCTV systems, types of individual components and their technical characteristics. The main part of the thesis is aimed at risk analysis, designing the CCTV system for block of flats in three variations, choosing the right components of the system and economical evaluation of the variations.
