Bezpečnostní studie rizik při střelbě z vidlicového praku a balistická účinnost použitých střel

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá bezpečnostní studií rizik při střelbě z vidlicových praků, a následným vyhodnoceních balistické účinnosti jednotlivých střel za použití různých typů praků. První teoretická část je zaměřena na základní historické informace spojené se vznikem těchto malorážových zbraní, typy možných konstrukčních provedení, a právní rámec upravující problematiku. Ve druhé, praktické části, jsou zkoumány účinky jednotlivých typů střel, v různých aspektech, a je provedena analýza rizik spojených s touto zájmovou činností, spojená s vyhodnocením a návrhem bezpečnostních opatření, ať už se týkají střelce, nebo lidí zúčastněných.

This thesis deals with a safety study of the risks of firing forked slingshots, and subsequent evaluation of the ballistic effectiveness of individual projectiles using different types of slingshots. The first theoretical part focuses on the basic historical information related to the origin of these small arms, types and possible designs, and the legal framework governing the issue. In the second, practical part, the effects of different types of projectiles are examined, in different aspects, and an analysis of the risks associated with this activity of interest is carried out, together with an evaluation and proposal of safety measures, whether they concern the shooter or the people involved.
