Abstract
The topic of this Bachelor's Thesis is joint enterprise in an association without legal personality. It focuses on features of the association, definition of participants and agreement particulars. The Thesis also provides assessment of limited liability companies with their benefits and drawbacks. It describes the property settlement at withdrawal by participant from the association with record and bookkeeping.
