Postavenie žien na trhu práce v rozvojových a vyspelých krajinách

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with comparing the women´s empowerment in the labor market in developing and advanced countries. The aim of thesis is to evaluate women´s empowerment in the labor market in the monitored regions based on selected indicators. The theoretical part defines the theoretical aspects related to the women´s empowerment in the labor market. The second part describes the policies that focused on women´s empowerment in the labor market. The practical part focused on the indicators for evaluating the status of women in the labor market in selected regions. Attention is paid to indicators of employment, level of education and social factors.

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnaním postavenia žien na trhu práce v rozvojových a vyspelých krajinách. Cieľom práce je zhodnotiť postavenie žien na trhu práce v sledovaných regiónoch na základe vybraných ukazovateľov. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené teoretické aspekty, ktoré súvisia s postavením žien na trhu práce. V ďalšej časti sú popísané politiky, ktoré sa zameriavajú na posilnenie postavenia žien na trhu práce. Praktická časť je zameraná na ukazovatele, pomocou ktorých sa hodnotí postavenie žien na trhu práce vo vybraných sledovaných regiónov. Je venovaná pozornosť ukazovateľom z oblasti zamestnanosti, úrovni vzdelania a sociálnych faktorov.
