Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with expenditures for security and legal protection of the municipality Nová Hradečná. Security and public order are the most important issues that the municipality deals with. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the expenditures on the security and legal protection of the municipality Nová Hradečná as well as to evaluate the economy of the volunteer fire service. The aim of the work was fulfilled in the individual chapters. The bachelor thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. The theoretical part includes a second chapter which deals with the problems of the position of municipalities and their responsibilities in the field of fire protection. In the third chapter is evaluated the economy of the municipality Nová Hradečná. The fourth chapter is devoted to assessing the expenditures for the security and legal protection of the municipality as well as evaluating the economy of the volunteer fire service. In both chapters of the practical part were used methods of comparison, analysis, deduction and abstraction to fulfill the goal. The last chapter is the conclusion.
