dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce byla analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu TJ Sokol Brušperk, z.s. a na jejím základě navržení způsobu odstranění některých slabých stránek činnosti klubu do budoucna. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmu spjatých se sportem a managementem. Praktická část je zaměřena na stolně tenisový klub TJ Sokol Brušperk, z.s. Pomocí analýzy SWOT byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky klubu. Na základě zjištěných informací byly stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro vedení klubu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is management analysis of a selected sport’s club TJ Sokol Brušperk z.s. and on the basis of it to suggest, how to delete some weakness in club activities in the future. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of terms connected with sport and management. The practical part is focused on the table tennis club TJ Sokol Brušperk, z.s. and with the help of the SWOT analysis were detected the strengths and weaknesses of the club. Based on the information were provided suggestions and recommendations for the management of the club.en
