Abstract
This thesis discusses the possible use of biological waste from the food industry in anarobic digestion and execution model cofermentation tests mixture of 90% wt. cattle slurry with 10 wt%. bio-waste from the food industry. The first section provides a theoretical description of anaerobic digestion with an emphasis on factors that influence the process. Another section is devoted to bio-waste, resulting in the food industry, and the current situation in the field of this waste. Next, thete are described and evaluated the model anaerobic cofermentation tests of mixtures of 90 % wt. cattle slurry with 10 % wt. bio-waste from the food industry (waste from the production of instant soups, waste from the production of coffee 3 in 1, the waste from the manufacture of starch jelly, waste mixed fat dough) at mesophilic temperature (40 ± 1 ° C). According to the results of measurements were designed in a mixtures of cattle slurry always with one type of bio-waste from the food industry so that, as little different from a mixture of cattle slurry with corn silage, which is commonly used in agricultural biogas plants. In conclusion, it is an overall evaluation of results.
