Abstract
The bachelor solve issue of safety and protection of health in work according to legislature Czech republic, which is given to intradepartmental regulation of company ArcelorMittal Technotron Frýdek - Místek s.r.o. for work press. There are fixed right and duty for employers and employees according to work code and also regulation in AMT. In next part the work deals with facilities of workers , personal protective and working means and training staff. At the end there are found defects and its remedies and proposed measures to improvement BOZP in press.
