Abstract

This thesis is about selling metallurgical products in times of the economic crisis. It deals with the crisis tract and its impacts on the world and focuses mainly on the industry in the Czech Republic. First part represents causes and location of the beginning of the crisis. This part analyzes impacts of the economic crisis on the region of the European Union and industry in the Czech Republic. The second part describes methods of preventing sale collapses and mitigating impacts of the economic crisis on the industrial plant and explains their problems. Last part analyzes impacts of the crisis on the particular metallurgical company. At the end of this thesis is, on the basis of theoretically described possibilities, proposed a solution how to increase sales.
