Legislativa a posouzení kvality pro stavby pozemních komunikací v ČR

Abstract

This bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. It deals with the requirements for the construction process within the Czech Republic from the point of view of individual legal regulations and analyzes the process of approving products and subcontractors on building constructions of the Directorate of Roads and Highways. It defines the strengths and weaknesses of the current system, and its goal is to design a more suitable, clearer system, which will contribute to speeding up the process of approving products for ground communications on construction sites of the ŘSD, i.e. to eliminating delays in the construction process, which currently often occur. To achieve this goal, it is proposed to use the means of digital sharing of certificates and documents and their continuous updates between the contractor, TDS and ŘSD. Another means to achieve the goal is the proposal of a new systemization of this process, which is shown in a diagram and on specific examples. However, for the successful implementation of such a change, administrative anchoring in the internal guidelines of the ŘSD is necessary.
