Wellness Černá louka

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování dokumentace pro provádění stavby Wellness Černá louka v Moravské Ostravě. Podkladem pro zpracování byla studie vypracovaná v Ateliérové tvorbě II pod vedením Ing. arch. Martina Nedvěda Ph.D. a doc. Ing. arch. Josefa Kiszky. Koncept budovy se zakládá na spojení dvou částí – část posilující tělo, kde se nachází posilovna a tělocvična, a část posilující mysl, kde jsou prostory pro muzikoterapii, arteterapii, masáže a meditaci. Objekt má 4 nadzemní podlaží a 1 podzemní podlaží. V této bakalářské práci byla studie dopracována do dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 405/2017 (kterou se mění vyhláška 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb) a dle upřesňujících podmínek zadání bakalářské práce.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is elaboration of detail design documentation of building Wellness Černá louka in Moravská Ostrava. Basis for the elaboration was studies elaborated in Ateliérová tvorba II under the leadership of Ing. arch. Martin Nedvěd Ph.D. and doc. Ing. arch. Josef Kiszka. The concept of the building is based on connection of two parts – body strenghtening part, where is situated fitness and gym, and the mind strenghtening part, where is space for music therapy, art therapy, massage and meditation. The building has 4 overground floors and 1 underground floor. In this bachelor thesis was completed studies to the detail design documentation according to the decree 405/2018 (which amends the decree 499/2006 Sb. about building documentation) and according to the specification of the bachelor thesis.
