Návrh optimalizace vybraných procesů v organizaci

Abstract

This thesis on Motion Optimization of selected processes in the organization was prepared at the Department of Systems Engineering Faculty of Economics, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava.

The aim of this work was to optimize the working processes of selected company and transforming the organizational structure so that the owner would allow the company to visit only rarely, and could spend his time to other activities. It was also an effort to maintain the current market space.

In the theoretical part is a description, definition and partition of organizational structures. Because it is a management process, it defines the concept of management and its distribution across the enterprise. The methodology section describes the methods and methodology used in this work.

In the analytical part company analysis is formed. All information obtained by interview are processed and included in the analysis, which also formed the on the basis of theoretical knowledge. At the same time, there are defined problems that resulted in the analysis.

Potential solutions are provided in part of designing potential solution. These solutions reduce problems arising in the company. On the surface the other solutions also result that would help the company, but it‘s too soon for applying. These solutions should be applied after stabilizing the company.
