Analýza managementu fotbalového klubu

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis is focused on management’s problems of football club. Whole bachelor is divided into the 5 capitols describing management, sport, football himself, organizational structure of football club and financing. Individual chaps are next in more detail characterized. In theoretical part is reading several fundamental terms, with emphasis on possibilities acquire financial resources. In practical part is describing club’s management and primary informations about club. This thesis is also focused on obtaining financial resources and incurred expenses. In conclusion of my thesis is reviewed financial situation of club and resulting references.
