Komparace a zhodnocení mzdového systému ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison and evaluation of payroll systems in selected Union countries, specifically in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. The theoretical part is focused on characteristics of the payroll system in both countries. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part deals with differences of payroll systems of these countries, and in the following section, payroll systems are compared in specific selected areas. The results are then graphically processed, compared and evaluated.
