Abstract

Bachelor thesis describes fire extinguishing systems and development trends of military helicopters in the service of Czechoslovakia and the Czech Republic. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the basic description of the specific types of helicopters and their subtypes. In the second chapter describes the fire extinguishing system with individual components and overall schemes of this system. The third chapter describes the work crew during a fire in the helicopter and the fourth chapter mentioned common features, differences and trends extinguishing systems in helicopters since 1956.
