Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to identify significant factors influencing the selection of an ideal employer by persons of generations X, Y, and Z through analysis. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical context of the issue, including individual factors affecting decision-making, the definition of the observed generations, and recent trends in job markets. In the next part, a quantitative research analysis is conducted, with 361 respondents participating. Suggestions and recommendations for employers are formulated in the conclusion.
