Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on competitive analysis on fitness centre market and it is divided on theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on fitness history and market analysis. The practical part of this thesis focuses on eight fitness centers, which are analysed by Mystery Shopping metod. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to clearly evaluate analysed fitness centers and propose measures for improvement to each fitness center.
