Inventarizace a pasportizace objektu občanského vybavení

Abstract

Creating of spacial, structural and technical passport of the civic amenities building is the aim of the bachelor thesis. The subject of creating pasportization is building placed in Dolní oblast Vítkovice in Ostrava city called Brick House. The process of pasportization is described in theoretical part al well as types of building passports, proces of inventarization and their utilization in relation to facility management. Next chapters are devoted to methodology of coding spaces, CAFM systems, explanation of BIM and their benefits of using it in practise. The practical part of the thesis contains elaboration of each well-arranged passport. Then the data are compiled by software pit-FM, which i sone of the CAFM systems.
