E-Participace ve vybraných obcích

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse and assess e-participation in selected municipalities with extended competence in the Zlín Region, namely Valašské Klobouky, Luhačovice and Zlín. The thesis comprises of both theoretical and practical part. It is divided into five chapters, with the first chapter as an introduction and the last chapter as a conclusion. The second chapter is dedicated to public administration in the Czech Republic, particularly to a definition of the term “public administration”, division of public administration in the Czech Republic and explanation of the term “good administration”. The second chapter defines the term “e-participation” as well. The third chapter focuses on the e-participation tools, the characteristics of the assessed municipalities and the analyses of their websites. The fourth chapter evaluates e-participation in municipalities Valašské Klobouky, Luhačovice and Zlín based on an interview survey. The results are presented by means of tables, charts and textual comments. At the end of this chapter the thesis proposes possible improvements of e-participation performance in the municipalities.
