Abstract
The topic of the thesis deals with the current administrative burden of Czech sheep breeders and other aspects related to this issue. The issue of legislative, operational and other conditions that have to be met before, and especially during sheep breeding, is not simple. It is struggling with changing conditions and changes in the administrative burden that sometimes, as well as some additional regulations and directives, also have flaws. Existing farmer must overcome these aspects and many candidates, who would like to start sheep breeding, are even discouraged. The aim of the thesis is to highlight the difference between organic farming and common breeding from the legislative point of view. It points to shortcomings in the legislation that would clearly define and determine the rules for labeling of grassland for organic and non-organic breeding. The final section suggests the area that is intended for building such farm.
