Hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The key focus of my thesis is to analyze the initial state of company TRIOGAS s.r.o. competitiveness. On this basic then to draw up proposals and recommendations for the actual situation. In accordance of the competitiveness analysis was finished SWOT and PESTLE analysis, customer satisfaction, Porter's five forces analysis and method VRIO. The thesis is focused to five basic chapters. The theoretical conclusions of competitiveness explain the basic concepts related to the issue. Following chapter is part of application where the theoretical background is used. There are selected a few methods evaluating the internal and external factors affecting the business. The conclusion of my thesis contains cuggestions and recommendations to improve the TRIOGAS s.r.o competitiveness.
