Analýza oborového okolí společnosti Severočeské doly a.s.

Abstract

This thesis called „Business Environment Analysis of the Company Severočeské doly a.s.“ aims to evaluate current business environment with regard to five main factors: competition, threat of entry into the industry, customers, suppliers and substitutes. It uses a questionnaire to objectify Porter’s analysis. Respondents predict a development of the business environment in 2026. The emphasis is on detailed description of factors and identifying the greatest threats and opportunities. The result is a detailed analysis of the current state of business environment of the company together with an estimate of future development, which is supplemented by suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
