Zhodnocení veřejných služeb ve vybraných obcích Zlínského kraje

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení způsobu poskytování veřejných služeb ve vybraných obcích Zlínského kraje v letech 2010 až 2017 a stanovit návrhy a doporučení. Teoretická část se zabývá veřejnými statky a veřejnými službami. Praktická část je tvořena dvěma kapitolami. Zachycuje vybrané obce Zlínského kraje, v rámci vybraných služeb. Služby byly vybrány veřejné osvětlení, pohřebnictví, sběr a svoz komunálního odpadu a údržba veřejné zeleně. Součástí práce je shrnutí a porovnává získaných informací o obcích Kroměříž, Uherské Hradiště, Vsetín a Zlín.

The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the way of providing public services in selected municipalities of the Zlín Region between 2010 and 2017 and to make suggestions and recommendations. The theoretical part deals with public assets and public services. The practical part consists of two chapters. It captures selected municipalities of the Zlín Region, within selected services: public lighting, funeral services and cemeteries, collection and disposal of municipal waste, and maintenance of public greenery. Part of the thesis is a summary and comparison of the obtained information about the municipalities of Kroměříž, Uherské Hradiště, Vsetín and Zlín.
