Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to design new office building, including heating and ventilation in the passive standard. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part addresses construction documentation of the administrative building of four floors. The second part addresses forced ventilation of the building via ventilation units. The third part deals with the design of the heating system with a gas boiler, with the possibility of cooling in summer. The fourth part is devoted to a simple economic valuation.
