Abstract
This bachelor thesis focuses on measuring satisfaction within the Veronica wedding salon. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of salon customers and subsequently propose suitable suggestions for improving the current situation. The first chapter of the thesis describes the theoretical framework of satisfaction measurement. The second chapter introduces the Veronica salon itself, its services, and its micro, macro, and meso-environment. The following chapter describes the methodology of data collection for the research. The preparatory and implementation phases of the research itself are detailed here. The fourth chapter then analyzes these data, and in the final chapter, specific proposals and recommendations stemming from the conducted research are presented. All proposals should contribute to increasing satisfaction with the Veronica wedding salon.
