Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis deals with creating of a business plan for the newly formed company MAKI půjčovna s.r.o., which focuses on lending construction and garden tools. The thesis contains two main parts. The first part theoretically sumarizes all the basic terms about the business of small and medium enterprises. The following describes the legal forms, together with a detailed description of the business plan. The second part, the practical part, parses parts of a business plan, describes the business opportunities of the newly created company, including business goals and goals of owners, competitor analysis, marketing strategies and financial plan. The conclusion summarizes all steps of bachelor´s thesis wit the evaluation of the business plan.
