Abstract
The objective of this work is by using methods of financial analysis, marketing mix and business environment to specify an authentic view of acting selected company in the region and establish a final diagnosis of the enterprise. Methods were selected considering two selected areas of the research - Diagnostics financial health and diagnostics marketing activities. The results of the work were summarized in the SWOT matrix.
