Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the process of employee recruitment and selection. The goal is to analyze the process of employee recruitment and selection in the establishment Pars nova a.s. and to propose a recommendation and suggestions how to improve the whole process. The theoretic part of this thesis includes general proceeding of recognition of employees needs, working station and employee requirement determination, evaluation of applicants sources, employee recruitment methods, applicants preselection and selection proceeding. Next part of this thesis is dedicated to characteristics of the establishment, history, subject of enterprise and organization structure. The application part includes description and analyze of the present state of employee recruitment and selection in the establishment Pars nova a.s. The final part deals with suggestions and recommendations which could help to improve the process of employee recruitment and selection in the establishment Pars nova a.s.
