Návrh metodiky pro implementaci koncepce Kvalita 4.0 ve výrobních organizacích.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje tvorbě metodiky implementace koncepce Kvality 4.0 ve výrobních organizacích. Úvod diplomové práce je zaměřen na teoretická východiska Průmyslu 4.0 a koncepce Kvality 4.0. V další části této práce byly analyzovány stávající přístupy, které byly svou podobností vhodné jako inspirace pro tvorbu této metodiky implementace koncepce. Následoval samotný návrh univerzální metodiky implementace koncepce Kvality 4.0. Návrh se skládá ze čtyř základních fází: zahajovací fáze, plánování aktivit, realizace aktivit a zhodnocení. Jednotlivé fáze byly rozpracovány do několika dílčích kroků vedoucích k úspěšné implementaci koncepce.

The diploma thesis focuses on the development of a methodology for the implementation of the Quality 4.0 concept in manufacturing organizations. The introduction of the thesis is focused on the theoretical background of Industry 4.0 and the concept of Quality 4.0. In the next part of this thesis, existing approaches were analyzed, which were suitable by their similarity as inspiration for the creation of this methodology for the implementation of the concept. This was followed by the actual design of a universal methodology for the implementation of the Quality 4.0 concept. The proposal consists of four basic phases: initiation phase, planning activities, implementation of activities and evaluation. The individual phases were elaborated into several sub-steps leading to the successful implementation of the concept.
