Abstract

"System of the Public administration" is the theme of this bachelor´s work. The purpose is define the basic concepts of public-administrative control and internal audit and furthemore compare system of the financial control among selected municipalities. The theoretical part is focused on the description of internal audit and public-administrative control and its legislation on the basic of ActNO.320/2001 Coll, On financial control in public administration, as amended and other related legilation. The practical part of the bachelor´s work defines and analyzes financial control a selected municipalities and composes practical application of theoretical knowladge.
