Možnosti optimalizace kvality ingotů a výkovků z ložiskových ocelí

Abstract

The first part of bachelor thesis is focused on the characteristics of bearing steels, especially chemical composition, micropurity, structure and mechanical properties. Steelmaking, forging and heat treatment of bearing steels are also discussed. In the experimental part the trial heat of 100CrMo7 bearing steel was made with using the programme thermo-time processing technology for a purpose an increase the quality of final forging. The final quality was verified in accordance with the usual customers´ requirements for forging bars. The obtained results were satisfactory. In the future the test of programme thermo-time processing technology on different steel grades and on different forging products are also possible.
