Charakteristika funkce biosorbentu pomocí rentgenové analýzy

Abstract

The topic of this thesis is the characteristic function of biosorbents using X-ray analysis. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters, which are the essence of the sorption process, biosorption, and X-ray analysis. Sorption processes are divided primarily on the adsorption, absorption and desorption. Chapter on biosorption includes the basic description, difference between biosorption and bioaccumulation, used microorganisms and selected biosorbents. X-ray analysis describes diffraction of powder materials. Then practical part characterizes used biosorbents, describes the process of biosorption (graphical and calculated evaluation) of the given biosorbents and finally shows the results of X-ray analysis.
