Abstract
The bachelor´s work will be focused on analysis and evaluation of Karviná labour market situation. First, in the practical part, labour market within Moravian-Silesian region will be investigated, and then, within Karviná district, labour demands and offers will be analysed gradually. Most frequently used tools of employment policy are displayed in the next chapter. In the end of the work, proposals and recommendations for reduction of high level of unemployment in Karviná district are mentioned.
