Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with comparison of costs related to employment of own and agency employees in the company ZinkPower Ostrava a.s. The theoretic part describes conditions of employment in the Czech Republic and their legislative specification. Comparison of costs related to both types of employment and recommendation of the most effective solution for the company represents output of the practical part.
