Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with the Talent management as part of corporate strategy in PEGATRON Czech s.r.o.
The work is divided into two parts. The first presents theoretical background of staff training and development with focus on talent management.
In the practical part, existing procedures and internal documents for talent management in PEGATRON Czech s.r.o were analyzed. On the basis of theoretical data, improvement measures for talent management process were proposed.
