Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the modification of the readiness assessment model for manufacturing organizations for the implementation of the Quality 4.0 concept. The introductory chapters present the concepts of Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0, as well as existing procedures for readiness assessment. This is followed by an introduction of the initial model and then proposals for its modification. The proposed modifications relate to adding weights to individual elements, reducing the number of assessed levels, shortening the assessment of matrices and creating a set of control questions that simplifies assignment to individual levels.
