Riziko živelních pohrom pro území obce s rozšířenou působností

Abstract

A diploma thesis is focused on natural disasters and finding its risk to territory of Bílina municipality with extended competence. Theoretical part deals with the natural disasters’ classification. It also contains a structure of integrated rescue system and characterization of a particular area. HVE analysis and SFERA applied on this area is described in details in practical part. Safety measures based on such analysis are subsequently proposed to prevent from giving rise to natural disasters’ consequences or its alleviation.
