Nové využití a rehabilitace areálu bývalých jatek v Masné ulici v Ostravě

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nového využití areálu bývalých jatek v Moravské Ostravě včetně rekonstrukce objektů, jež jsou součástí tohoto areálu.

Práce obsahuje zhodnocení současného stavu objektu a jeho okolí z pohledu současné zastavěnosti a využití ploch v okolí.Výsledkem práce je stavebně-architektonické řešení nové dispozice objektu ve dvou variantách včetně jeho okolí. Tato řešení představují návrh galerie a alternativní divadelní scény s kavárnou ve variantě první a návrh restaurace s minibowlingovou dráhou a centra bojových sportů ve variantě druhé. Součástí řešení je návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury a orientační ekonomické zhodnocení obou variant návrhu. Obě varianty splňují podmínky na základě získaných podkladů, legislativních a normových požadavků.

Textová část je vypracována v rozsahu 60 stran a v souladu vyhláškou č. 503/2006 Sb., přílohy č. 4.

The subject of this thesis is new proposal of the former slaughterhouse area in Moravian Ostrava including the buildings reconstruction which are part of this one.

The work includes evaluation of the current building condition and its surroundings in terms of current land use and built up in the area. The result of this work is structural-architectural design of the new building layout in two versions including its surroundings. These design solutions are galleries and alternative theater scene with a cafe in the first and restaurants with minibowling and martial arts center in the second variant. These solutions contain the technical and transport infrastructure and economic evaluation of both versions of these solutions. These both variants are consistent with gathered information, legislative and normative requirements.
