Abstract
This thesis deals with the evaluation of teacher training and development in primary and nursery schools (Primary and Secondary Schools). Training and development plays a key role in modern education as it enables teachers to continuously improve and develop their knowledge and skills. This has a positive impact on the quality of teaching and overall pupil outcomes.
This paper first defines the basic concepts of learning and development, and then outlines its importance for educators. It then describes the aims and functions of learning and development and the various methods commonly used in practice. It then analyses the existing system in the selected primary and primary schools. The analysis is based on available documents, interviews with school management and a questionnaire survey of teachers. Based on the analysis, the paper proposes specific recommendations for improving the education and development system.
