Abstract
This bachelor thesis has as it´s main theme teamwork of volunteer fire company from Ostrava-Radvanice.
The first part of the thesis discribes team characteristics and basic principles of their teamwork.
Another part analyzes the conditions of the teamwork in the organisation, team members and their relationships, the communication with team leader and the functionality of the firemen teamwork.
The result of the bachelor thesis reveals good operation in the teamwork of volunteer fire company Ostrava-Radvanice. Nevertheless the final recommendations could be used as increasing of their additional teamwork effectivity.
